Does this sound familiar?
You sign a contract and hope it’s correct. You hire an employee without knowing whether the non-compete clause is valid. A client threatens to file a claim, and you’re not sure if it’s serious. Or you’re unsure about a decision that could affect your company for years to come.
You don’t want to hire a lawyer for every question. You don’t have time for that, and you’re worried the bill will start racking up right away. But the cost of a wrong decision is always higher than the cost of good advice. What’s the cost of investing €500 now in a contract review, compared to €15,000 later on in a dispute?
Not your lawyer. Your strategic partner
I’ve been an entrepreneur myself. I know what it’s like when legal uncertainty distracts you from what you’re good at. That’s why I offer advice the way I would have wanted to receive it myself: direct, strategic, and with your peace of mind and clarity as the top priority.
No 20-page memo. No vague “it depends” without any direction. Just a clear answer you can use tomorrow. I don’t just think from a legal perspective—I also consider the business side. Sometimes the legally strongest approach isn’t the smartest one. I’ll help you weigh those options together.
You decide; I advise. You always remain in control of your own business. I provide you with the information and insight you need to make the right choice.
A dedicated attorney who knows your business
For business owners who want ongoing legal advice, I offer a retainer fee. For a fixed monthly or quarterly fee, you’ll have a lawyer who understands your business, your contracts, and your risks. You can call or email whenever you want, with no hesitation and no hourly billing.
Think of it as a legal checkup for your business. I review your contracts, help you make strategic decisions, and identify risks before they become problems. No surprises on the bill. Just a trusted advisor who’s there when you need him.
What do I provide advice on?
I provide legal advice in three areas of law: corporate law, construction law, and employment law (with a focus on employers, including expats, and employees engaged in cross-border work). Specifically, this includes: reviewing and drafting contracts, commercial disputes, personnel issues, construction law advice, liability, debt collection, and partnership matters.
Sometimes advice is enough. Sometimes it leads to a letter, negotiations, or legal proceedings. The advantage of working with a lawyer is that if the situation escalates, you don’t have to find someone else to handle it. I’m already familiar with your case and can take immediate action.

Questions about legal advice
Frequently Asked Questions about legal advice. Can't find your question here? Feel free to contact us.
I do not bill by the hour. For one-time consulting services, I agree on a fixed fee. For ongoing consulting, I offer a retention fee: a fixed amount per month or quarter. During our initial contact, I’ll discuss the options and provide an estimate right away.
Sooner than you think. Not just when a dispute arises, but actually before that happens—when signing a contract, hiring employees, entering into a partnership, or making a strategic decision. A lawyer who understands your business can prevent problems that end up being much more expensive to resolve later on.
A fixed monthly or quarterly fee for ongoing legal advice. You’ll have a dedicated attorney who knows your business, is readily available, and acts as a strategic partner. No hesitation about calling, no surprises on the bill. Think of it as a legal checkup: proactive, predictable, and always available.
Absolutely. Most of my consulting work doesn’t lead to litigation. Good advice prevents litigation. I help you review contracts, assess risks, and resolve disputes before they escalate. And if they do escalate, I’m already familiar with your case.
A legal advisor cannot represent you in court and is not subject to disciplinary rules. A lawyer can. In addition, a lawyer has a legal duty of confidentiality. If you want someone who can also litigate when negotiations fail, you need a lawyer.
I work with fixed prices because I know how frustrating it is when a bill is out of proportion to what you get in return. My goal is for you to be satisfied and come back—not to bill as many hours as possible.
