As an entrepreneur, you want clarity on costs. That’s the foundation of trust and a good relationship. That’s why I work with three clear pricing models. If a project isn’t suitable for one of these pricing models, we’ll work on an hourly rate basis, and I’ll also provide an estimate of the time required. That way, you always know exactly where you stand. For interim and project-based assignments, the price is determined through mutual agreement.
Fixed Fee
Fixed price, regardless of the number of hours
A fixed price agreed upon in advance. The advantage is that the costs are clearly defined, which prevents any surprises later on. If a case isn’t suitable for a flat fee, I work with fixed prices for each part of the work.

Success Fee
Performance-Based Pricing Agreement
A performance-based pricing agreement. You pay a lower base rate, regardless of the outcome. If the agreed-upon result is achieved, a success bonus is added on top of that. This is ideal for matters that can be quantified in monetary terms and reduces financial risk.

Retention Fee
Fixed amount per period
For a fixed monthly, quarterly, or annual fee, you receive primary legal advice directly from an attorney. It’s similar to a subscription. Ideal for businesses that want legal certainty within their organization.

Interim
Price negotiable, customized
For temporary or project-based assignments, the price is determined by mutual agreement, depending on the duration and nature of the assignment. This ensures that the arrangement always fits your specific situation.

Legal Expense Insurance
Do you have legal expense insurance? If so, you’re often entitled to choose your own lawyer. That means you can choose your own lawyer, and your insurer will cover the costs. Please contact me, and I’ll be happy to see if this applies to you.
